Vermont Aged Care has been serving the community since 1981, over 35 years!
I’m Gerry George, Operations Manager here at Vermont Aged Care. My family have been providing support to the aged and frail here in Vermont for almost three decades now. Better still, our family-run aged care facility focuses on providing high quality nursing and specialist care. In fact, we provide respite care for when your family member needs support urgently. Also, we provide dementia care and support when your family member is struggling to cope with old age. Further, our palliative care is provided whilst maintaining a warm and caring atmosphere to ensure your family member feels at home here. Vermont Aged Care is located in Vermont, near to Mitcham, Burwood, Ringwood, Glen Waverley, Balwyn, Doncaster Wheelers Hill, Wantirna, Blackburn and Box Hill.
Best of all, we have recently undergone major additions and improvements to our home, in order to provide the latest technology and facilities to each of our residents.
